•   What is the recommended resolution of an image?

Our system will detect and warn you about any images without enough resolution for the canvas size you selected. The warning sign is a yellow triangle that will appear on top of the image. If you notice the warning indicated by a yellow triangle with an exclamation point, it means that the resolution of your image is too low for the size of the product you are selecting.

The minimum resolution recommended for printing on canvas is 150 dpi. Tipically a file size of an image should be 3MB or larger. The higher the resolution of your image the better the printing results. Images with low resolution will result in blurry and pixelated canvas prints. Keep in mind that the larger the size you select for your canvas, the larger the image should be.

•   How much of my image will be wrapped around the border with the gallery wrap option?

Approximately 1.75" on all sides. This bleed apllies to all sizes, so the larger the size of your canvas, the less of your image is going to be wrapped around the corners.

•   What is a gallery?
